Wickham family collection.

This collection consists of 12 letters and two business documents arranged in two series: 1. Correspondence, 1918-19. This series consists of 12 letters written to Mrs. Nellie Wickham from her brothers, Private Ernie N. Johnson of Company G, 78th Infantry and Leo J. Johnson of Company I, 338th Infantry. All but two of the letters were sent from Camp Custer, Michigan, the two others were sent from Laingsburg, Michigan. The letters generally concern the living conditions of the soldiers. 2. William Wickham documents, 1918-1926. This series consists of two items, a receipt from a doctor's office, dated 1918 and a barber's licence issued to William Wickham in 1926.
